Privacy Notice

What we collect

If you request access, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, title and organization. We also record how this page is used, without identifying you: how long it was open, how far it was read, the date and time, and the country your connection comes from. That record is not linked to your name or to any request you make, unless you are already signed in through an access link, in which case it is recorded against you.

Our hosting provider receives your IP address with every request and keeps it in its request logs for a short period (about a day). Our own systems store only the country derived from it and, for up to an hour, a one-way coded form of it used to limit repeated requests.

How we use it

We use this information to administer the Company’s sale process: to review your request, to send you the confidentiality agreement and later your access to the confidential information memorandum, to answer your questions, to keep this site secure, and to understand how far visitors read the summary. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

Your request is shared with the Company and its advisors, and with the service providers that host this site and its database and deliver its emails, all located in the United States, who act on our instructions. Replies to our emails reach Continuum. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep this information until the sale process ends and delete it 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will remove it from our systems, including our change history, and confirm when it is done.

Your rights

Cookies

This page sets no cookies. Once access is granted, the sign-in pages use two cookies, both needed for signing in: one that checks your browser accepts cookies, kept for a day, and one that keeps you signed in. The site uses no advertising or third-party tracking of any kind.
